For online lessons, payments can be made one-time by credit or debit card. For face-to-face sessions, in-office payment is also accepted.

What is the refund policy?

When you enrol you expressly request immediate delivery of lessons and digital materials and waive your statutory right of withdrawal under UK law. Lessons already delivered, materials accessed and Steve's preparation time are non-refundable; no refund is issued for no-shows or late cancellations. For future, undelivered lessons we may, entirely at our discretion, consider a partial refund less Stripe transaction fees, an administration charge and the pro-rata value of services already provided. Your non-excludable rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. See section 8 of our Terms of Use for the full policy.

Is instalment payment available?

Yes. You can split the course fee into two equal payments: 50% upfront at enrolment and the remaining 50% one week later. Contact Steve on WhatsApp for details.

How do online lessons work?

Online lessons are conducted via Zoom. After enrolling, the lesson link is sent by email. All you need is a computer or tablet and a stable internet connection.

How do GESE graded passes work?

Accepted Answer

In Trinity GESE exams, two skills are graded separately and combined into your final result:

• AA — Distinction
• AB — Distinction
• BB — Merit
• BC — Merit
• CC — Pass
• CD — Pass
• DD — Fail

For UK visa and ILR applications you generally need at least a Pass (CC or CD). Steve prepares you so both speaking and listening are strong enough to achieve Merit or Distinction, not just a pass.
